Delivery within Canada

Any item available in our Online Store can be delivered to your home, your office or any other address. Orders are shipped out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days.

Shipping time is based on your region and proximity to our warehouse situated in Montreal, Quebec.

Special orders items should take approximately 15 business days.

We can ship to P.O. boxes as well.

International Delivery

(within United States & other countries)

Any item available in our Online Store can be delivered to your home, your office or any other address. Orders are shipped out from our warehouse within 3-5 business days.

FUTUR PRODUCTS ships anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

Special orders items should take approximately 15 business days.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments outside Canada and the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive to these locations.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to APO or FPO boxes within the United States are automatically shipped via USPS ground; delivery timelines for these orders vary depending on location. Some items may not be eligible.

Restrictions

Shipping fees apply to Canada only, with the exception of certain rural areas and territories (i.e. Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut). If you’re an exception to our flat fee-shipping rate, please contact us by email before processing the order.

Please note that the shipping charge may be subject to additional fees according to the shipping address indicated in the cart. In this case, you will be notified and requested for approval before we process the order. All shipping rates are based on Canada Post rates and are subject to change without notice.

Tracking Information

Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with UPS.

SERVICES WITH CANADA POST

This service reaches out to all Canadian addresses in major cities within 2-4 business days and up to 10 business days for certain other rural areas and zones. Should there be nobody to accept the parcel upon delivery, a tag will be left on the door with details on how to pick up your parcel at your local postal outlet. The parcel is kept for 10 days before it is returned to us.

This parcel is fully insured and is traceable with your assigned tracking number, which you should receive by e-mail. If you have not received a tracking number after having placed your order after 24 hours, please contact us immediately. 

LIMIT DATE FOR HOLIDAY ORDERS

Please take note that for special events, your order must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Special events include, but not limited to, Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada Day and Thanksgiving.

DURING DELIVERY

Please inspect your package for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for any package to show some wear and tear. However, if the content of the package is damaged, please contact us immediately.
