RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At FUTURPRODUCTS.COM we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our website. 

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If the content of your package arrived damaged, please contact us immediately. We will find the best solution for your situation.

NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED?

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, it may be returned by mail or in store up to (15) days after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding all shipping and handling charges.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To ensure a full credit, the item must be returned in the same condition, in its original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories.

Our policy lasts (15) days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Online orders returned by mail

  • Step 1: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Step 2: Enclose a copy of the invoice that accompanied your order.
  • Step 3: Print a Return Label we have emailed you.
  • Step 4: Send the package to:

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item for quality assurance. Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in their original condition, we will refund the full amount in the original purchasing method. This process may take up to 48 hours.
